There are 2 Lounges, Kitchen / Dining Room on ground floor. 1st Floor has 3 Bedrooms (one is used for an office) and bathroom. 2nd Floor has an additional 3 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements are made up of 5 double bedrooms, two on 1st floor and three on 2nd floor. Bedrooms not in use will be locked so please ensure you are booking for the correct number of guests.
Other things to note
We operate a STRICT NO NOISE policy from 9pm out of courtesy for our neighbours.

You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will accept responsibility for yourself and for those in your party.
